Each translation project is its own journey, and my portfolio reflects that diversity, spanning literary and audiovisual translation as well as academic research and institutional communication.
For confidentiality reasons, only a selection of agreed samples or publicly available links is presented here. Every assignment is handled in full compliance with the non-disclosure agreements signed with my clients.

Audio Description :
Audio description is a type of translation that weaves a descriptive narrative between dialogues to make audiovisual content accessible to blind and partially sighted audiences. It requires precise, rhythmic and sensitive writing to convey the essence of the images without overloading the narrative. As an AVT specialising in accessibility, I collaborate in particular with the film distribution company Perspective 7. Below are a few excerpts (IMDA):

Translation of God 4.0: On the Nature of Higher Consciousness and the Experience Called ‘God’, by Robert and Sally Ornstein (Malor Books, forthcoming), an interdisciplinary monograph exploring the links between psychology, spirituality and neuroscience. (English → French).

Language consultancy (Portuguese) for the global ranking of companies and financial institutions with a direct influence on deforestation.
COP30 & BRICS Summits, Brasília
Member of the official translation team for both summits. Translation and revision of institutional documents, press releases and multilingual materials for international delegations.
Amazônia, Beating Heart of Mother Earth
Subtitling in Portuguese and English of a documentary film by the French NGO Planète Amazone, dedicated to the protection of tropical forests and of Amazonian peoples.
